Laser Coaching Session (45 Minutes)

A one-off session that can be booked spontaneously (up to 24hrs in advance) to focus on a specific and urgent topic you’d like to be coached on. 
Laser sessions can also be used to sporadically check in and maintain your awareness of any area we’ve already worked on together.

I offer these sessions to all clients that have at any point completed at least one 3 months package with 12 weekly sessions with me.
