Laser Coaching Session (50 Minutes)

A one-off session that can be booked spontaneously (up to 24hrs in advance) to focus on a specific and urgent topic you’d like to be coached on. 
Laser sessions can also be used to check in regularly (eg. once a month) and maintain your awareness of any area we’ve already worked on together.

I offer these sessions to all clients that have at any point completed at least one 3 months package with 12 weekly sessions with me.
